Fridge temperature wasn't adjustable

I had spotless, stylish rooms with central heating, an iron and an electronic key card. Need to add that city view was a nice bonus.

I booked a double room with Smart TVs and great modern bathroom, as example. It was in the center of Sorrento, and close to a wide-ranging museum. And I was close to bars and cafes...

Michele, goin' above and beyond with insider tips and transfers. The Beautiful King Room was so spacious with a lovely balcony and powerful shower. Couldn't hear a peep from the street, a real treat. Just wish that fridge was cooler for our leftovers!

The hotel was exceptionally clean with high quality rooms and amicable staff. Best possible and perfect location just a short stroll away from a historic valley. Walking distance to all the major shops and supermarkets across the street. Excellent place for exploring Sorrento...

New-fashioned & spacious room. Hypo-allergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed. Central location, not too far from Viale degli Aranci. And not far from the main square & noise of a lively hub, city Centre and the best restaurants, Supermarket, train station & main bus.

Our host, Michele, was attentive, providing personalized tips for exploring and even assisting with directions during our stay. The modern room featured a luxurious shower, making relaxation easy after a long day of touring.

The fridge temperature was disappointing!!! A tricky entrance lock caused minor hassles!!! More toiletries would surely enhance the experience!!! It's a shame the limited TV channel options didn't include more familiar content!!!

The location, just a short stroll from the main train station, made our adventures convenient. A spacious balcony provided a lovely spot to unwind, and the daily cleaning ensured everything remained super clean. While a few amenities were lacking, like an adjustable fridge, the homemade sweets added a sweet touch to our mornings, complemented by Michele's attentive guidance throughout our stay.

We had an lovely family stay! The location was fabulous, great to walk to the beach, restaurants, and even enjoy some horse riding nearby. Plus, the staff were super accommodating, cute our pets without any hassle!

My kids wished there were more child-friendly activities.

The balcony was a nice touch for soaking up the sun, even though the view wasn't the best. Really loved how quiet it was inside, especially being so close to everything. Just a little bummed that the fridge temperature wasn't adjustable, didn't keep our drinks very cold.

Be mindful of the step between the bedroom and bathroom at night. It requires some care while moving between spaces.

The location was ideal, just a short walk to catch ferries for day trips to Capri and Positano. Michele, our host, was friendly and super helpful, we had everything we needed. The room was comfy and beautifully equipped.
